Meet Tameka Rogers
Encouragement can change a young person’s story.
Tameka Rogers is a youth advocate, entrepreneur, Board Certified Christian Counselor (NACC), and Certified Etiquette Consultant with extensive experience working with children and families in educational and community settings.
She is the Founder of MEKS Initiative™ — Mentoring & Empowering Kids for Success, a youth development initiative of Polish Your Presence, LLC focused on polishing presence, empowering confidence, and cultivating character in children and teens.

- Former Clayton County Public Schools Instructional Paraprofessional and Computer Lab Teacher.
- Former Private School Kindergarten Teacher and After-School Program Coordinator.
- Experience serving as a Substitute Teacher within a public school system.
Education and professional development

- Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Life University; inducted into Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology.
- Pursuing a Master’s degree in Education with a specialization in Educational Psychology at Capella University.
- Member of the International Association for Intelligence Education (IAIE).
